mas or maf sensor bad ????

what happends when the mas or maf goes bad on a 2g talon??? what could i do??could i use a 1g mas on it??? thanks for the help !!!

i would replace it with a 2g and not a 1g just to be safe, just go to a junkyard. PM 1stgenrocks he has parts for sale to.
