raced a ram.....dead even

i have a '02 dakota...4.7 clubcab 4x4, i raced a ram tonight with a 4.7 (regular cab) 5spd....and at any speed he could stay on my ass but couldnt pass me....he had the 5 speed advantage though, (i hate automatics, dont know why i bought one), but if i can run with a 5speed ram thats good enough for me.....good thing it wasnt a hemi or he would have blown my doors off

Re: raced a ram.....dead even

the reason why you all were neck and neck is because w/ the 4x4 that you have on your Dakota, makes it weigh just about the same as a regular cab Ram. If you would've had a regular cab, no 4x4 and the 4.7, then you would've roasted him.
