cam gear adjustment

I have a 00 Civic EX with a: fuel rail, FPR, short ram intake, and an adjustable cam gear. Does any one know what I should set the cam gear at to get the optimal performance? I need to know which hatch mark to set it at. Can anyone help me please?

Re: cam gear adjustment

Only tuning on a dyno can indicate the proper posistion. SOHC engines don't really benefit from cam gears like a DOHC does.
