I wanted to get 100 + shipping for it. Can you do that??? I have this on a couple of other boards. It was only used for 3 and a half weeks and never brought above 4k rpm's!!! let me know!!! MO is cool if it can get here quick!!!

No it doesn't have the bypass valve, but you really don't need one unless your traveling in more than 16" or water!!! plus it hinders performance! let me know. not sure on the shipping but if you want it i'll check the shipping out just give me the word!!!
