Lightbulb Golf stereo

Hey every one
I'm trying to connect an Alpine CD palyer to my 93 golf cl, but there's like 3 slots in the VW factory stereo with like 20+ wires and only about 10 or 11 on the CD player excluding the power antenna and the remote wires!!!! The Golf has 6 speakers and 2 tweeters... :O ....lol, but the CD player harness only covers 4 speakers...!!!! Does anyone know which slot is for what and how the speakers are wired or at least know the color codes?
Thanks alot

Re: Golf stereo

Actually you have 4 tweeters and 4 bass speakers...their all ran together. Like the tweeter runs into the bass for that side. So don't worry just hook it up and go. I don't remember the colors off hand but if you need them I can send them to you.
