Question 94 camaro

hi guys im usually on the grand am forum of this website but i have a question on a camaro. does anyone have a 1994 camaro with the 3.4 engine it. do you know what the 1/4 mile times are for it and are they worth fixin up for speed. cause i heard for the engine size and the weight of the car there not worth puttin money into to go fast. thanks for any info

I have the 94 3.4L Camaro, and I like it. People are going to say they are slow (mid 16's, 16.5 16.5) but what type of speed are you looking for. I am going to make mine run low 15's but that's going to be about it for me. Several V6 Camaro's are in the 13 second range, imagine the face of a Z28 owner when your V6 smokes him... My suggestion would be to get a 95+ Camaro with the 3.8L engine because it runs high 15's. 3.4L=160hp 3.8L=200hp
