radiator replacement

Hoped for just a leaking top hose but it turns out to be the radiator. What can I expect to be charged to replace the radiator on a '97 Gr Voyager, 3.0L engine? Autozone has two available, one at $175 and another for $250. I figure 2 or 3 hours of labor @ $75/hr ($200+). Am I about right at $400-$500 for replacing a radiator????
Anyone had this done before? Thanks for the reply.

I just had the rad replaced in my 98 Caravan (2.4) and after some bargain hunting I found one for $128 and the labor, which turned out to be a bear was about 4 hours (of course not all cases are the same) was another $150. The job was done in my driveway so I guess that if I had taken it to a shop with all the overhead I would have spent just about what you are thinking of.

I visited Autozone's website and in the repairs area they explained how to do it step by step. It seems simple but for some reason with my van it was hard, all I can say is that I am glad I decided to pay someone to do it for me.

Hope this helps and good luck.
