Vibrations at higher speeds.
I have a 98 Dakota 4x4. I get vibrations, mostly felt in the stick, but can be felt in the body when I reach speeds between 50 and 65 mph. The vibrations seem to dissapear beyond 65 mph. Any suggestions as to what this could be?

Re: Vibrations at higher speeds.
Ball joints or something. It could also be a lose tranny bolt, best advice have someone look at it and see what they say. Check your lug nuts too, could be a lose wheel.

I, had a similar symptom in a car once. Turned out that I had to have the tires spin balanced ON THE CAR to resolve the problem. Wonder if your problem could be this simple? Is the vehicle aligned, properly? |

Re: Vibrations at higher speeds.
Usually a vibration between 45 and 65 is tire related
