Recommended Oil & Oil Filter for 87 Civic SI

Year: 1987 Engine Code: EW3 Engine: D15A3 HP:91hp@5500rpm TQ:93tq@4500rpm cc: 1488 Cylinders: 4 Liter: 1.5 Valve: 12 -- Looking for opinions on best oil and oil filter to use in my 87 Civic SI, looked around in the manual but didnt see anything regarding brands, or viscosity/weight. thanks

83,885, doesnt burn much oil, if any

10w30 would be fine , i use Castrol or valvoline , i use honda oil filters
