My first Chevy

Just found this site after buying my first Chevy Truck and wanted to show it here, it's a 2000 Silverado LT 5.3, Ext. Cab, Long Bed

Original motor + transmission!
As of 3/21/14, I'm at 266,300+ miles!

My wife's Truck:
2005 F150 Lariat CrewCab
(Way nicer them my truck!)

Congrats. I have had mine for just over 1 year. So far, I have no complaints about these trucks. Hope I can keep it that way too.

It's got 140,000 miles on it, the neighbour is a State Trooper. After moving to the States I drove a Ranger, Courier, F250 and now a Chevy.

BFT ? Well, mine is a three door. BTW, are all wheels locking automaticly in 4WD ? Never owned a 4WD before.

they started making 4 doors standard half way through 2000. Mine is a 3 door as well and thats the only complaint i have about this truck.

Congrats on the new truck. Hopefully you'll enjoy it. Mines a 99 with 71,000 and no major problems.

I agree that's huge. I can't imagine that thing in any of the local Parking lots around here. Mine is already long enough. Nice truck though, wish I had a four door.
