Question idleing wierd

my 2001 grnad am v6 started to idle funny the other day. like wen i sittin at a red light it idles at about 700 or 800 then when i take off from the light its sound likes its bogging down alittle untill i get to bout 1500 rpms then it runs good. im thinkin it could be a bad spark plug or sumthin but im not sure. does anyone know.

i forgot to mention that when im sittin at a red light it jumps from like 700 to 800 rpms so the car is kinda shakin alittle bit from the engine while im sittin

It could be a couple things

first of all, try cleaning your throttle body / IAC motor

or it could be
spark plugs
wires
coil packs
TPS
vacuum leak
fuel pressure regulator
