instrument gauges

I HAVE A 96 skylark and all the instrument gauges are going off/on.(tach.speedo,fuel ect...) jumping all over the place.Has anyone had this problem? THANKS>

Try disconnecting your battery cable for about 3- 5 minutes. I had the same problem, did this, and haven't had it since.
