Problems with your windows?

I dont know if anyone else has had this same problem. The same was for my s-10. Whenever i would go faster than 65 roll my windows wouldnt go all the way back up if i rolled them down. I guess the wind would push it so hard that it wouldnt get back in the track... I put on some of those ventvisors made by ventshade and it fixed the problem. I took it to the dealer and they said that was a normal problem with s-10's and blazers. They wouldnt attempt to fix anything because of this. So i put on the ventshades and it goes up fine now. Thought maybee this would help someone...

Re: Problems with your windows?

Lubricating the side weatherstriping, in the track the window moves in, with graphite lube will help. You will notice immediatly that they go up/down faster.

Re: Problems with your windows?

The speed on mine is fine. Truck is preety much brand new. I would have to slow down below at least 60 or 65 so my windows would go all the way back in the window channel. But no problem now that i have the ventshades.
