Power Window Problem

I have a 91 mustang 2.3L lx automatic with power windows. The problem is, my passenger side window wont roll up. If the driver side door is closed, the switch on the driver side door doesnt work at all, and the passenger side switch only works to roll the window down. however if the driver door is opened slightly then all switches work up and down. If you have any ideas they would help. I have tried taking off the passenger side door panel and checking the contacts. Is there a relay switch located somewhere in the car or anything? thanks.

Use a volt/ohm meter to check ohm's on the wires, or check for voltage drop while you open and shut the door. im betting that you have a wire that has broken down or broke in the door jam. pretty common prob. good luck finding it.
