Well a 2" lift shouldn't cause this, but you may check to see if it is the drivelines. Pull the front one out and see if that takes care of the vibration. You may just have some worn U-Joints that are now showing thier age because of the increased angle.

I agree with Steve,2 inches should not cause a problem but it could be your driveshaft angle.I saw it on an xj with only 2 1/2 inches of lift.If everything else checks out,you might want to think about a t-case drop. All you really do is put some spacers between the trans crossmember and the bottom of the jeep and it can give you a better angle.

Its not a shimmy i had that problem as well but once i replaced the front rotors that solved that.... its a vibration that i feel when i hit 25 to 30 then smooths out when i go faster

Re: Put a 2" lift now i have a problem

On each end of the front drive line are 10mm hex bolts, take all four off of each yoke, then the drive line will come right out. Carefull you don't let the U-joint caps fall off the joints.

Re: Put a 2" lift now i have a problem

Hey Mints - long time!

When I put the two inch lift on my 96, I went ahead and put a 1" spacer under my transfer case just in case. I got the plans for how to build off the aussie go.jeep-xj site. Immediately got it aligned, haven't had a problem at all...
