Rearend Hummm

I have a 92 325i with 127,000 From start to stop my rearend humms, it sounds like tire hum but louder it sounds like it is coming from both sides when sitting in the back seat.
any suggestions on where it could be coming from

It maybe your rear wheel bearings.

Thanks , a friend told me to jack up the back and run it,
I found the new tires outa round,
