well just finished trying to get someone to do a u-bend delete

holy shit I must of called something like 30 different shops, from normal garages, chain garages (midas, speedy etc) and even preformance improvment shops, and only TWO people have ever heard of the procedure I told them about

the one guy said he could do it for $100 (canadian)

and the one said to bring it in for a quote

what do you think about $100?

Well it's $50.00 to $70.00 US.

Just make sure the shop dosent do any welding with the Rear O2 sensor installed in the pipe and you should be fine.To many times a shop will install the rear O2,then weld the pipe up and it can burn it out.

Re: well just finished trying to get someone to do a u-bend delete

The ubend delete really shouldn't be a huge issue for any exhaust shop to do. I had my local Midas do mine with no argument. Any chain exhaust shop can tack in the pre-fabricated ubend delete from PFYC and a custom exhaust shop could certainly make you one. Don't let anyone convince you that you will void your emissions warranty or damage the cat.
