Metra stereo install kit

Has anyone used a Metra custom install kit to install an after-market stereo in a Dodge Neon?

From the pictures I've seen on various web sites, it sure looks like it will work. Circuit City says it is 'required' to install any of their after-market stereos in a '99 Neon.

I'll probably end up getting one this weekend, unless get some negative feedback. If I do install it, I'll let everyone know how it goes!
