2001 325i Tuning

What mods can I make to my newly acquired 2001 325i that will increase my performance but not void my warantee? I'm sure the defacto answers are chip and new software build, but am I in danger of getting slapped by the dealer, and what degraded life issues am I running into?

I went from a 325 Hp 2001 Camaro SS to my Bimmer and I need to get a little more power back. I don't feel right owning a car with less than 200 Hp.

hmmm more power? why didn't you buy a M3 instead of that 325i?
I can't help you with this, but you might try other BMW forums (sorry I cvan't think of any but try looking on search engines etc...)
