Fuse Problem...

I just bought a 1990 Honda Civic LX friday, and today (Thursday) i was driving home when my dash lights went out, someone pulled up and said my taillights went out... I tried to replace the blown fuse and it keeps blowing, i cant seem to find the short... I havent made any current changes besides for rewiring the speakers to the stereo, thats it... I unplugged the fuse for the radio and the fuse for the taillights and dash keep blowing... Where or What could my problem be? Would it be easier to rewire from battery to fuse to coverup my problem?...

Thanks!
