parting out 89 dx

I cannot get my 89 dx to run, once it has sat for a while it wont start, and tonight it didnt want to start, giving me a code 8 and 16, so im parting her out, its cost me to much money and i need to break even, everything is for sale, just post or pm me about anything you need. Car is totally stock, things i can think of:
new radiator and hoses
newer starter
newer clutch
windows all good except rear one, defroster dont work and tint on it
5 spd manual transmission
d15b2 moter
things i can think of that you dont wan:
windsheilds cracked
hoods broke (broken into)
drivers side seat rails dont slide

how much for the front bumper? the mounts, filler, everything. Where are you at by the way?
