Just added a "new" Honda to the family.

I know it's not a Civic or Rex but just wanted to share the news! My wife and I bought us a 2005 Odyessey EX-L RES. Sweet machine!!! We can cruise in cushy comfort when we're not cruising the beach in the REX.

I wonder if I can transplant the 255 hp 3.5 Vtec-i engine into the REX?

Nice, I've always dreamed of having a CRV-tec when I have a family. Of course I want it in the CRV, that would be a fun family car...

Post some pictures. Just wondering, can you get it with a manual tranny?

Re: Just added a "new" Honda to the family.

As far as I know it only comes in Auto... a 5 speed would be sweet though! The best feature is the CMS (Cylinder Management System) it deactivates 3 of the cylinders once you get cruising. Supposedly saves fuel. I beleive it kills the spark and fuel to those cylinders when CMS is activated. Sorry but, I don't know how to post pics on the forum. I can e-mail you some though.
