renault espace

I have a espace about six yrs old.
I can hear a noise from the cam belt area of the car, but this has been changed. The noise is more like a whine and you can hear it more when yr stationary. Any one else encountered this problem or have an idea what the cause maybe???

Could be cam belt tensioned too tight, water pump noisey or just a worn bearing on an idle gear, sorry to be vague but only real way to check is to strip down and check each part individually, cheers
