FIXED! AC Stuck on, Heater Controls not working, Hissing noise

k.. Changing my post here.. After looking and looking and looking for an answer.. i tore apart my truck today.. and fixed the problem.. If you have any of these problems heres a little tutorial on fixing it.

My problem was the switch.
I had a hissing noise coming from behind the panel.. So.. I took apart the switch, you have to take the dash off.. to get to it.. Now.. once i got it apart i spead a thin layer of grease on the rubber peice thats directs the air. Just on the top of the ridges.. i cleaned out the valleys best i coudl with my finger nail so the grease didn't go in the vacuum tube. After that, I took the spring and pulled it apart a little bit.. carefully.. as not to pull to hard.. then you will get a piece of wire. Just enough to make it so its a little stiffer and pushes harder.
Put it back together and volia it worked!.. no more annoying hissing.. and I can put the air where I want!! This made the ac work normaly two.. Seeing how the actuator works it shuts off the ac.

Now.. maybe this isn't your problem.. And seeing how I went through a bunch of other things first Ill fill you in on what i found out.. Now.. first off.. find out if you are gettin air to the system from the engine.

Open the glove box up, and push the little hook thing up to release it all the way, and thats what you should see.. If its the same set up as mine.. Now.. with the truck running unplug the junction. That white thing with all the lines coming into it (those are vaccum lines) There should be suckin on the black line (the side of the block that is attached to the truck, the other end goes to the switch) If there isn't.. then it could be a few things. Theres a leak in the black line witch im thinkin is coming from under the hood somewhere. Or you have a leak under the hood somewhere else. Have fun.

Now if you have some sucking.. then thats good.. Now.. Possible problems from here, (if its not your switch) there coudl be a block in one of the lines.. There are six of them. Black, yellow, red, blue, brown, and... i dunno.. another black one?.. sure.. You can blow out some of them to see.. watch and see if anything comes out, that'll be a good indicator. BUT becareful what you blow out.. you don't want to blow apart one of the acutuators.. so before you blow anything out.. make sure its not connected on the other end. Ok.. so.. now.... You need to see if the acutoators are working. behind the glove box there are two, you can test these two first, the one with the gray line is for the heat i think, and the other.. I dunno.. does something with a flap down below. Anyways, get a piece of hose that fits over the nozzle on the accuator (and i can't spell so acctuators probably not right) now hook it on there and suck on it, no jokes. if the little metal rod on the back of it moves then its working. You shoudl be able to figure out how much it takes to move that after you try a few differnt ones, youmight notice its harder to do one than another might be a problem with the hardered one. next you'll want to check the two under the driver side dash.
Pictures: (underneath dash parts removed)

You can test these ones to. The one with the yellow plug is the one that changes what position the air blows out, before you test this one, you shoudl remove the brown vacuum line from the other side of it, its hard to see but its there, the yellow provides the vacuum and the brown is the return line? im guessing. So test that one out.. See if it works, if it doesn't might be your problem. I blew through the yellow and brown lines with an air hose (with the pressure turned down to around 40 psi) with them both unpluged.. Had someone plug the end of each to make sure there were no leaks in those lines. So thats about it.. thats what I figured out.. Hope this helps someone..
