Angry Fuel Problem?? PLEASE HELP

I have a 92 Cutlass CieraS 3.3L I took the car in and had the struts replaced and the motor/transmission mount replaced. I replaced the rear shocks myself. But in the same time I noticed my performance is degraded BIG TIME. There is this spot I test my acceleration. Usually I hit 70MPH by that mark. Then it went down to 65MPH. Then I usually can hit 110MPH by the time the rev limiter hits. Now, I SLOWLY get to 100MPH (it takes literally 2-3 times the time to get from 90-100MPH). Once I hit 100MPH it acts like it doesn't have enough power to go through. It's not the limiter or anything else. I can't hear it redlining or anything. This leads me to believe it's not getting enough fuel. Anyone hear of something like this? Please email me at [email protected]
