Talking Broken vents

Hello everyone. I bought an 88 civic about a year ago, and I've been slowly fixing it up. The biggest thing that is bothering me right now is that all the vent louvers are broken. Can the individual louvers be replaced, or do I need to replace the whole vent piece? This is especially important on the drivers side, as the vent is built into the dash insert.

one of the flaps on my pass side vent was broken but superglue fixed it and it is back to normal, but if it is too damaged, you will need to buy a whole new center section/vent, the vents can be separated from center section from the outer trim.
