Another Ticket...
I just recieved my second ticket for display of blue lights... even tho they display rainbow colors. I just thought I would bring that up. I live on the campus at USF Tampa FL... the cops around here dont play, they will open your hood up.
So how are college campuses elsewhere in the world?

I live in Iowa, and have been pulled over 2 times in my hometown (~6500 people -- everyone knows me) for having green fog lights.
what does opening your hood have anything to do with the lights under your car?

Green fog lights are violation of law?!
How about headlights? I mean I found them on ebay, and planned to buy them...

you are only allowed to have white or amber lights on the front of your car and red or amber (turn signals only) on the back of your car.
