anyone have a greddy turbo kit on a 86-91?
im interested in this kit, but i want to know if anyone has installed it. i also wanted to know what parts u have to support this thing. any info would be great. i have the money, but my cars at mazda now. hoping to get a new manifold, but if i need more, greddy turbo here i come.

i have bout 5k, but need a tuner badddddddddddd!i might just go with a apex-i safc II. not sure what i need tho...

im against those turbo kits
its like a computer package, it looks good, price looks right, you buy it, it works, but it sucks more thant something you would have built urself piece by piece u should buy a T3/T4 and a haltech, injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump, remove emission stuff and u should be set, and it wont cost you 3k$ for the turbo kit and you can run a base map for the car, it will work safely, tho you wont get the max output out of the turbo setup

im cool with around 250-350 hp,so precise tuning isnt neccesary. what about those ebay turbo kits?they are like 650, but no name brands. any experience there? or do u have links to those individual parts?

ya, checked it out, looks like a good mod. i just got this turbo rebuilt last year so i might just stick with it and do alot of other mods first. i had a third gen last year that made me nervous it was soooooo fast so if i can pull even 255 with this(which should be easy)ill be happy for now. im planning on a computer of some sort, intercooler, fuel pump, injectors, clutch/flywheel, downpipe, and maybe a bodykit/paintjob.(damn white factory paint on the anniversarys chip!)

yea my TII has the stage 1 and I want to upgrade it to the stage 4 but that will be a while because I'm poor and rebuilds aren't cheap haha
