Smile Egr

just put in a new EGR on my 1992 Astro there is a air line that goes from the egr valve to a unit and from the unit there is another outlet for another air line but is missing where does it go to and should it be added

I think your '92 EGR is essentially the same as my '89.
The other unit is the EGR solenoid. It controls vacuum to the EGR valve. What appears to be a fitting for a missing hose on the solenoid is a vent. There shouldn't be a hose attached to this fitting, only the one hose from solenoid to EGR Valve.
