mask caller ID dialer?
I remember seeing a news report on computer programs that let you dial a phone, and you could make the caller ID say anything you wanted on the dialed phone. I see great prank potential in this, and I was wondering if anyone had a clue as to an exact program name? TIA

If I recall correctly hit *82 before dialing.
