brake light troubles

i have a 95 monte and the 2 brake lights dont work at al the one in the window does but the other 2 dont has this happened to anybody else and do u know how to fix it?

your turn signal switch is on its way out. GM in their infinite wisdom channeled the both your lower brake lights through the turn signal switch. Only the third brake light is not routed through the switch.

Monte Carlo, Lumina, Regal, Cutlass, and Grand Prix all have the same problem.
