So how's my new system look?
Pioneer DEH-P860MP Headunit
Pioneer TS-A1671R 3-way 6.5" front speakers Alpine Type-S 2-way 6.5" rear speakers Was gonna go for the type R speakers but was advised they need an amp.. didn't wanna spend that much. No subs, and no plans to get any in the near future.. maybe someday. |

Yeah I was originally gonna go with the 7700, but the 860 was on sale on Cardomain.. I just had to have the motorized flip down

Sounds like a decent start. I don't care for type-s speakers, but it's better than stock and all in all a decent start.
I prefer Premier over regular Pioneer, mostly because of the 2 year warrenty on the decks versus 1 year warrenty on regular Pioneer. Having a 2 year warrenty versus 1 year has saved my butt before.
