Finally some good news about my car!
Well for the last 2 months my vehicle has been in the shop. Anyways, found out that the input shaft seal is bad in my tranny, which is why my tranny has been leaking for the last few months. Talked to Mitsubishi, and they absolutely REFUSE to sell individual parts for the transmission (I also needed an input shaft bearing)
So after contemplating about what the hell to do to fix my car, I had a revelation. Kormex sells synchros for our cars, and other stuff like that, so I'm like "maybe they'll have it". Call them up, and they did! so I purchased a whole kit from them that comes with every seal there is for the xfer case and transmission and the input shaft bearing too. Ordered this morning, and shipped out later today. It looks like my car is finally getting close to getting done!

AWESOME! I've got some good news to...I just talked to the insurance guy that handles highway claims. They are by PA law required to pay my deductible (luckily I have mine at $1000). So I'm getting a grand which is going to save my @ss with all the bills that have been accumulating.

Wow who'd have thought a high deductable would be a good thing! I still need to get my rims worked on a bit, the place that specializes in that localy didn't respond to my email though..
