What is your budget?

$600 for just subs? Also, you'll prolly need a new amp to power the subs properly...

Check out Incriminator Audio:
www.incriminatoraudio.com
Buy them direct through Visionary Audio...

The lethal injestion 10's or 12's would work well. A single 12 and 600rms would WANG...and be pretty inexpensive...

Re: best subs

The thing with 15's is its almost twice the ouput of a 12 with only a few more bucks and the same power. And if you get a good 15 it will sound good and not be "sloppy" as people generally think.

Re: best subs

id say try an atlas 15...cheaper than LI probably not as loud but less distortion and cheaper...
are there even LI 15's Bumpin? or do you mean get a different woofer?
ngsm13=IA whore...lol
j/p...they need the publicity...untill they take DD' spot as the dominant SPL internat company...
for up front, CDT is a great company and from what i have been hearing the CL-61T's are great...
then get you a good amp to send a true 300w RMS to the Atlas and 50w to each side for the comps and you should be good...if you need a head unit look at a cheaper alpine or eclipse...

LMAO, I like IA...ever since I've been hanging out with Nick Wright (Owner) and talking to him a few times a week...and Scottie as well. Nick's a SMART cookie, you'll see what's gonna be happening in the next year

PS: LI 15's are coming out on Visionary Soon
PPS: The DP is already .3 behind the 99XX series

Man, what a loaded question.

You won't get anything to be impressive for $600 but can be respectable. All these guys on here will tout only what they know. The key is in the install and construction of the enclosure. I have punks come in and throw down only $400 on one of my systems and they slam. Then, their friends that paid 3x that at a chain store come in wondering how I did it.

a 15" sounds good. i like the look of more than one sub though. just one makes it look unbalanced sort of. how do you get the right resistance and watts of both the amp and sub(s) so it works right.

Re: best subs

Atlas 15 + amp that does 250-400rms @ 4ohm. The other coil is to vary the Qtc.... wire the + and - together for the best daily results in a normal sized ported box (3-5 cubes net).
