Environmental controls shorting
I've got a problem with my 1998 Malibu. The external/recirculating air buttons keep shorting out. It's worse when my car slows down... they continually switch from one to the other. My A/C button shorts out like that, too.
Does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be?

Okay, I'm a dope who can't read. I saw the posting further down the list after I posted this. I'll try cleaning the connections and see if it works.
