My trunk an TT arent workin

Im havin a problem with my trunk its stopped workin. As u guys no the rear window needs 2 b up for the tt 2 work and usually wen i bring down my rear window a green light appears on the dash. Well it doesnt anymore so im wonderin if it might b linked 2 my trunk an roof not workin... I make sure all windows r up then undo the roof catches 2 hear the beeps,,, then i press the roof down button and.... NOTHING, and like i say my boots stopped workin 2 sob. Do any ov u guys no wots up with it???? Any ideas welcome heeeeeeellllllppppppp me plz.
