92 Rodeo AT issues

I have a 1992 rodeo 4x4 and latley sometimes after stopping the AT will not shift back into 1st. I have to put it in 1st like a manual and then into second or I have to turn the engine off and back on. Xmission fluid is good, what gives? Also the 02 light just came on but this shifting probelm has been around much longer.

the O2 light will come on automatically at 90,180K ......

there is a reset button behind the dash cluster.

When was the last time you changed your tranny fluid?

Clean up any electrical connection you can find too (ground points).
