what kind of block/pistons/rods?

What's uP? I have an integra type r with a greddy turbo/intercooler kit. Not many people turbo type r's because they have very high compression. Since I have high compression I can only run 5lbs to be safe, and not blow my engine. I want to get lower compression pistons/rods and a racing block. I don't know what kind of pistons to get or what kind of block. Do you guys know of any good ones, if so what kind of pistons and all that???

Look into a Dart block. Google Dart blocks and you should fine it.
