i have a 95 monte what i want to know is what i can do to it to make it accel faster without spending much money (and when i say not much money i mean like hardly any) and making it get shitty gas milage and when i say not much money i mean like hardly any

Can't do much for hardly any money. Start with the basics, plugs, wires, intake&good air filter, headers exhaust. Usually air filter & intake, and exhaust first.
