window roller removal?

I got this tool from advance auto parts to remove the window roller, but it just won't come off. What's up with it? How exactly is the thing supposed to pop off? I am going to be re upholstering my sisters door panels, and thats the only thing keeping me from popping the whole thing off. Thanks,

u put the tool behind the plastic handle its fit prefect but u got to find out where the clip is either up or bottom of the handle
