How to remove wax residue off the plastic trim.

How do I remove car wax residue off the black or gray plastic trim. I heard that their was some chemical remover, any help would be great.

You could also try regular peanut butter, the oils in there dissolve the wax or whatever else it is that is making the trim unsightly. Hope this helps

Before ay one starts to compain this is the only thing that i will ever and i mean ever use armor all for it works great for removing wax that gets on to trim

I've used lacquer thinner to clean the trim and bumpers. Then I'll follow up with Meguirs trim detail. It is gets it looking nice and black. It only lasts about a month or so, depending on the rain, but it's a huge difference for awhile at least.

just take some vinegar and a pad or rag and rub it off then dress it it should come out fairly easy

There is a product called Wax Blaster that'll disolve the wax. Very easy to use and around $5.00
