Face the rear seat backrest of the part behind the driver on the bottom right it conncts to the side panel there is a plastic clip. If you push the edge of the fabric you should be able to see it. It is black. Pull it out on the bar it is wrapped around then just find the opening and pull it with your fingers. Then all you have to do is push the backrests towards the middle and slide it toward you. Same thing goes for the other side. Once you take the backrests off then you will see the one bolt that holds the part where your but goes. Unbolt it and left up then slide back.

The "!" represents the grey or black backrest.
If you notice the left bottom and right bottom "!" are missing from my drawing. You will need to grab and push (crumple, smush) that part of the backrest inward so you have some room to see the clips.
The "0" represents where the tube slides into.
The "----" represent the tube that goes through the botton of the backrests.
The "^" represents the where the plastic C shaped clip is.
The "*" is where you will need to slide the plastic clip to so that you can rotate it so that the opening of the C is away from you then you just grab it with your thumb and pointer finger and slide it off the Tube.

Hope that is understandable. Man I wish I would have taken pics when I had removed mine. Email me if you get it done. If I don't get an email from you I will try and get a hold of a digital camera and I will take mine off. I never bolted the seat back in or put the clips back because I take them off quite frequently. It is easy once you do it once.

Thanks a lot that is a wicked description..

Well the reason I asked how to remove my backseats was I think my backseats were removed once before (That is before I purchased my car), because the seat doesn't seem to be in it's place properly, what I mean by that the actual seat, where your butt goes, can be lifted up from the sides of the seat, and when I go over bumps it rattles tooo...I hope I can fix it...

Whoever took it out before you probably didn't bolt it down or set the tabs of the seat in all the way. I mean I have always been able to lift the side of the actual seat but all that holds it in place are some metal tabs that slide into some slots. (I am talking about the part where your butt goes) Let me know if you get if fixed.
