automotive problem scanner

i see a lot of u talkin about codes and stuff... i am wanting to get an automotive computer scanner. but i want to know what is the best one for the money i have to spend. i dont have a lot of money, ive seen the $70 - $200 ones in magazines and stuff. are these ok... what do u all recommend??? thanx

well not sure what your looking at but if it's only a code reader and thats all you want then make sure it's compatible with your vehicle and then the cheaper one will do the job but if the $200.00 one reads sensor volts and scans this is the one to buy
