CRX Bumper conversion

I saw a CRX bumper on some guys Civic, It looked HOT. Do the CRX front bumpers fit on like that, or do they need alot of DIY?

bumper mounts, bumper supprt, fenders, fender *brackets*, corner lights, and the lower trim wont look right.
