hello guys.. it's me again

first of all... this is my model of blazer and the things that i put it new.

this is new... Rotor, cap, coil, alternor(repaired),sparkplugs, wires ,map sensor, air filter, gas filter,a rebuilt engine.

i start my blazer, then inclease acceleration and then in a few moments decrease acceleration.when idle,, the car shakes a little.. but when i run it about 20 or more minutes then i stop or something decrease de acceleration again maybe the engine is warm... i dont know.
so there are acceleration...decrease...and decrease and it stay in there.
after that when i make a stop with my foot in the pedal and the car starts to fail and after that R.I.P DEAD.
so i have no problem runing it.. there's other symptom. after that the car runs rough, and throw a little white smoke.

please help.. this thing shut down itself in every stop..

Re: shaking at idle and SHUT OFF :(

Clean and reinstall your IAC valve.

ok..
1- i start my truck.. starts very good.
2- 20 minutes of use on the streets feels a little rough and when accelerate throw little white smoke.
3-when stop in a trafic light for 3 minutes the truck starts to stall.
4- after the stalls then shut down itself.
5- starting again the truck is easy and fast. but with the same problem.
6- even in Parking and Neutral do that. but only when is warm.

today i quit some wires and tubes. and the injectors still in good shape.
i discovered some carbon with oil and like little fine rocks in some conducts of the TBI body.
this is the picture..just to be exactly.
this TBI is not mine but this conducts are the dirty ones.
thank you.

please help

Re: shaking at idle and SHUT OFF :(

The white smoke, and slowly degrading stability of your engine sounds like a leaking head gasket or possibly a cracked head/block. As the engine warms up, it will force anti-freeze through whatever gasket or block/head fault there is and make the engine lope and stall. The white smoke is a good sign that there is water leaking into your cylinders somehow, and most likely, it will be antifreeze as that is the only available source of "water" your engine will draw from. Check your coolant levels over time and see if it is slowly decreasing in that time. Wait until the engine is cool and remove your radiator cap and note the liquid level inside the core, not just what your coolant bottle says. Pulling the plugs out will give a good idea too. Cylinders experiencing coolant ingestion will have spanking clean spark plugs because the water in the coolant keeps them perfectly clean. Plugs in a normal engine will be slightly tan in color. Let us know what you find.

ok my mechanic checked the truck and i told him that i want a full servise and clean to the TBI and all the conducts. plus repair my power steering. change the VSS sensor on the tranny.
clean the EGR,change de IAC.
and check the heads of the engine. i told this guy what you said in the reply.
so i'll wait the results..
thank you..

Re: shaking at idle and SHUT OFF :(

Checking for a leak can be easy. I have seen my mechanic do it with a kit. He uses a small flask filled with this yellow fluid and it has a squeeze bulb on the top. He puts this into the radiator core to siphon up some of your coolant. When he has a sample, he shakes it up to mix the coolant and the fluid. It changes to a deep blue color when the coolant shows signs of contamination that occur when the heads or head gasket develops problems. Quite a handy, quick check and cheap to do. See if your mechanic can perform the same test before you elect to have anything else major done to the engine. He usually offers to do it for nothing, but when he checked my blazer when I was considering buying it, I went ahead and gave him $10 for his trouble.
