Does anyone know wher I can get one?, Checked Chiltons site they apparently didn't publish one. Any other sources that someone can reccomend?

Haynes repair manual is fairly comprehensive. 1999 and 2000 Alero are covered in book 38026.
available in canada at most parts stores.
