Exclamation Help with Honda Headlights!!!

I have a 97 honda accord. Headlights dont work when turned on. Highbeams work fine. I checked all fuses , and even replaced bulbs. Could this be a relay problem? If so, where is the relay on this car amd how do I test it? Please help, tired of only driving during daylight hours!!!!!

It definitely sounds like a blown fuse. Check all three (3) fuse boxes, Drivers side, passenger side, & under the hood. It's strange that both (left/Right) lights don't work but there's a fuse for each one though. Worse case is that it could be the actual switch

Good Luck
