Sluggish Take Off RESOLVED!!

We took her 93 Deville to a different mechanic and he did a full diagnostic and replaced a $5.00 fuse Cured the whole problem it runs great now. He said the the fuse that was blown would keep the car from starting out in first gear to keep any damage from being done her gas mileage went from 10 to 19. He gave me a complete print out of the diagram as to where the fuse is located and so if anyone here has the same problem I can scan it in and send it to you.

Re: Sluggish Take Off RESOLVED!!

Under the glove box side of the dash is a long plastic cover with 3 screws, remove the cover and look to the right next to the kick pannel is a small fuse box the diagram shows the number 5 fuse that is a 20 amp, hers was blown and replaced it has worked great since. KC
