Engines? tranny? half-shafts?

What do you have left on them?

Where are you located? I am in CA. Looking for a 1.0L engine & tranny to rebuild.

Dash and Door Panels

I'm lookin' for light grey or possibly blue grey dash, but not charcoal black.

Want all the dash, door panels, handles, windshield pillar trim, sunvisors in preferably light grey or if not even the blue grey.

Transforming the interior of my 91 Vert.

Thanks!

Re: geo parts cars

has a decent running 1.0 and 5 speed. car was wrecked in front but drove it home, clutch slips but tranny shifts fine and engine doesn't seem to smoke. if you just want something to rebuild i have about 6 core motors, most were runners with a burned valve. the interior is the blue/grey except for the headliner, its grey. think everything was in decent shape but can check it. the dash will fit 89-91, its the square dash with the pushbutton lights and wipers. also have a 94 if your looking for the rounder dash

Re: Re: geo parts cars

I found that blue/grey dash at the local pick-n-pull, but I didn't have time to get all the stuff I wanted, since I found a suzuki swift gt that had just arrived and there were too many goodies off of that and not enough daylight.

I'm really looking for the light grey like 92-94 years grey color, but in the square dash. I think that the light grey square dash and interior only came on 89-91 suzuki swifts.

If you have the blue grey interior, and aren't charging an arm and leg to get it to me, I'll prolly take it. I'm in the sf bay area, pretty close to Brad, so perhaps we can ship all that stuff together.

How much do you want for a 1.0 motor core?

How about the 5spd transaxle?

Where are you at? Can you ship to CA?

Well I want something that you think would be a good first timer rebuild project.

Cheapest shipping from UPS is about $65. That is ok by me.

Re: geo parts cars

i have some flywheels, would just raise the shipping cost a little but won't charge you extra for the flywheel. have to see what i have for distributors, depends on year of car what one you need. i do have a couple sets of axles. these engine don't have intakes or exhaust manifolds cause i usually swap them onto new motor when i install them but i might have a few spares depending on year of car again

I have a '92 1.0 (mounted in a '90 Metro w/ AT) and a '94 1.0 (mounted in a '94 Metro 5spd) currently. Both will need to be rebuilt. I already have all the parts: intakes, distributor, etc, but I can always use a spare flywheel.

Btw, my machine shop charges $50 to turn the flywheel because he has to back drill the pins. He does nice work though, so I don't mind so much.

Thanks.

You wouldn't happen to have a working AT for my '90 Metro would you?

Re: geo parts cars

nope. just some 5 speeds. think you can buy those JDM automatics for about $150 on e-bay. think it was in here but someone said they got a brand new flywheel from pep boys or someone like that for $45. might check into it at your local parts store, might be cheaper than turning it

Yes a 96 AT will work on a '90. I think the AT was the same from 89-01 if I am not mistaken.

How much would you take for it and where are you located at?
