Timing Specs 1991 Firebird 305 engine

My son’s 1991 Firebird has a 305 engine from Jasper installed in 2003. His car does not have the VECI sticker in the engine compartment. We have Chilton manual but it does not have the timing specs. Does anyone know what the specs are to set the timing. I need to know the rpm, any vacuum disconnects and degree to set timing? I have a 1975 Olds Delta 88 with a 350 and know how to set timing.
